Recommended cutting speeds (Vc, m/min) and feed rates (fz) by workpiece material. Lists Vc ranges separately for HSS and carbide tools, covering roughly ten materials — mild steel, medium-carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless, tool steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, titanium, and Inconel. Convert Vc to spindle speed with n = 1000·Vc/(π·D); feed per tooth to feed rate with F = fz·z·n. Coolant recommendations (water-soluble, extreme pressure, dry) are included for direct use in CNC programming.
